Nicola Formichetti for Diesel
So the news is official Nicola Formichetti is moving to Diesel. I think it will be a great match, Nicola shares many of the attributes as Diesel and it will only promote the reputation of Diesel and enhance their DNA base of craftsmanship with an edge.
I recently wrote about the Drapers Next Gen event I attended and Marketing Director Scott Morrison from Diesel was talking… Lovely guy and portrayed a clear understanding of what Diesel is about and their vision which was really refreshing.

Drapers Next Gen 2013
This week I was lucky enough to attend this year’s Drapers Next Generation event for the second time.
It is an amazing event that is a Draper’s initiative to aid, advise and inspire people in their first/second jobs and it really did inspire me listening to all these amazing people in the industry.

For any one starting out the industry I would highly recommend keeping an eye out for applications to next years event which will be bigger and better than this year, which is a tough feat.
